Seeking an Experienced Long-Term Temporary (Possibly Temp to Hire) Insurance Contract Administrative Assistant to Work in Lombard for $15/hr

Our client, a prestigious and growing Healthcare Insurance Company located in Lombard, Illinois has an immediate staffing need for an experienced long-term temporary possibly temporary to hire full-time Insurance Contract Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support with contracts and compliance. You must have at least 2+ years of recent and related work experience. Knowledge of benefits and healthcare insurance or previously working within an insurance environment would be beneficial. The ideal candidate is someone that is outgoing, well organized, able to set priorities, is detail oriented, able to multi-task and get things done within a timely manner. You will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, creating spreadsheets, typing up documents, data entry, updating and maintaining electronic records, special projects, etc. You must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Word & Excel and be able to type at least 45WPM. You will be working full-time Monday-Friday from (8:30am to 5:00pm) daily for $15/hr.

A typing test will be administered prior to being considered.
