Seeking an Experienced Temporary Full-Time Charity/Fundraising (Philanthropy) Coordinator to Work in Wheaton, IL For $17/hr
Our client, a busy Healthcare Organization located in Wheaton, Illinois has an immediate staffing need for an experienced temporary full-time Charity/Fundraising (Philanthropy) Coordinator. You must have at least 2+ years of recent and related clerical and fundraising experience within the Healthcare Industry. A High School Diploma is required. You will be responsible for writing professional documents, data entry, creating mail merges, maintaining and creating spreadsheets, entering gifts into the Raiser’s Edge database, creating acknowledgement letters, tracking and submitting expenses, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, developing agendas, ordering office supplies, drafting correspondences, attending local meetings, running errands, etc. You will also be maintaining the gift documentation in paper files as well as the electronic records using both the PaperSave and the Raiser’s Edge Software. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel are essential with the ability to type at least 40WPM with a high level of accuracy. Recent experience with the Raiser’s Edge Software is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate for this job is someone that is a highly motivated self-starter that is dependable, flexible, detail oriented and able to multi task. You must also have excellent project management skills with the ability to set priorities and get things done quickly and efficiently within a busy and fast paced work environment. This is a temporary full-time position working Monday-Friday from (8:00am-4:30pm).
This position requires a reliable car along with a driver’s license for local travel, meetings and running errands.
