Seeking a Bilingual in Spanish Medical Benefits / Claims Customer Service Representative to Work in Elmhurst, IL

Our client, a busy Health & Welfare Fund located in Elmhurst, Illinois has an immediate staffing need for an experienced bilingual in Spanish Medical Benefits / Claims Customer Service Representative. You must have at least 2+ years of recent insurance, medical benefits or medical claims customer service work experience. You will be responsible for answering phone calls from union members and assisting them with questions pertaining to their medical benefits, claims status, eligibility, etc. In addition, you may also be asked to help out with some of the office clerical work as well. You must be well organized; detail oriented and be able to multi-task. A professional telephone etiquette and great communication skills are essential. In addition, you must have proficient computer skills.

 

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from (8:00am to 4:30pm).

 

You must be bilingual in Spanish.
