In order to set up direct deposit we will also need to receive a voided check or document from your bank or credit union that states the routing number and account number.
Managed Care Staffers participates in E-Verify and because of that we will need to receive acceptable and unexpired documents. Most candidates present Managed Care Staffers with a Driver’s license or ID card issued by a State AND their Social Security card. Another popular document choice of employees is an unexpired US passport. If you are registering remotely it is recommended that you take a picture of your documents and then email that photo into us.
