Our client, a healthcare entity in Fort Wayne, IN, has an immediate need for a Direct-Hire, Licensed Therapist at their Behavioral Health Institute located in Huntington, IN. The Therapist performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care from the client’s Behavioral Health department.

$4k – $8k sign-on bonus depending on licensure and relocation bonus up to $5k may also available

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers
• Provide emergency services as required.
• Communicate and resolve conflict.
• Strong work ethic built on a foundation of proactivity and teamwork.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with the aid of structured problem solving techniques.

Education & Licensure Required:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required (or eligibility to obtain one of those licenses)
• Must have a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related mental health field.
• Active Associate License or Temporary License required.
• Licensure and certifications must be kept current.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to bill independently for services rendered.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days of the week.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and good working knowledge of a computer.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.
